Wilma Frank, 81, passed away Jan. 21 peacefully at home in Eastvale, Calif, surrounded by her son, his wife and her grandchildren.
Wilma was born Oct. 12, 1935, in Genoa, Neb., however, she had called Cheyenne home for the past 50 years. She was married to the love of her life, Vernon Frank, who passed away in 1997. She was retired from the Cheyenne Credit Bureau.
Wilma was active in the American Legion and Eagles. When health permitted, she enjoyed gardening, traveling, playing bingo and socializing with her family and friends.
Wilma is survived by her son, Dan Ollar and his wife, Renee; her daughter, Lavada Crandall; and her grandchildren, Madison Ollar, Jacob Ollar, Zachary Ollar, Taitym Ollar, Janel McLain and Dawne Ollar; her sister, LNora Jacobi; and five great-grandchildren.
The family believes that when someone passes, their life does not end, but rather changes. We know that Wilma has reached a place of everlasting peace. With her passing comes the lightness of hope.
Cremation was conducted in California. Graveside services will be Thursday, 10:00 a.m., at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.
