William H. Weaver

William Harold Weaver, Jr., 60, passed away March 1, 2017, in Cheyenne.
He was born September 17, 1956, in Brunswick, Georgia to the late William H. and Charleen (Wilbourn) Weaver. He lived and worked in Wyoming for over 40 years.

Bill was raised in a military family and traveled to California, Texas, Hawaii, Florida and Wyoming. He played high school football and graduated from San Gorgonio High School in San Bernardino, California in 1975. He worked in various mineral jobs in WY, including operator/loader for Sinclair Oil Refinery, instrument operator for Gas Hills, and heavy equipment operator for Lucky Mac Mine in Jeffrey City.
Bill married Nancy Kobel Young on January 3, 1994. They lived in Rawlins and Worland. He enjoyed camping, hunting, and coaching girl’s softball. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Nancy of Worland, his daughters, Renee (Joseph) Dutro of Casper, and Natalie Weaver of Kingsport, Tennessee; his stepchildren Sheryl (Andrew) Savarese of Oley, Pennsylvania, Timothy (Tami) Young and Alice (Sean) Duffy of Worland; sisters Julie Weaver of Cheyenne and Tracy (Phil) Carroll of Bonne Terre, Missouri; Aunt, Wanda Carter of Garland, Texas, 1 great grandchild in Tennessee, 17 grandchildren in
Wyoming, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee, 2 nephews in Missouri and Illinois, 6 great nieces and nephews in Missouri and Illinois, and numerous cousins in Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Harold and Charleen Weaver, his grandparents, Elmer and Tressie Wilbourn and Noble and Gertrude Weaver.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel. Interment will be in Riverton, WY at a future date.
Celebration of Life will be held March 10, 11 am, at Washakie County Fairgrounds, 602 15 Mile Road, Worland, WY. Lunch will follow the service.
