William C. "Billy" Parks, 51, of Cheyenne, died on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 in Cheyenne.
Billy was born on October 10, 1965 in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and had lived here for over 10 years.
He was a sprinkler system installer and loved music and the New York Giants.
He is survived by his children, Ilona Parks, Zephyr Parks, Leevon Parks, and Devin Parks, all of Missouri; siblings, Barb Salsgiver of Pennsylvania, Margaret Vacanti and Mary Ernst, both of New York, Audrey Martin of Kansas, Lorraine Brown of Missouri, Greg Parks of Idaho, Randy Brakeen of Wyoming, Larry Parks of Pennsylvania, and Rob Bertino of North Carolina; and his girlfriend, Darlene.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Flora Parks.
Cremation has taken place at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.
