In his youth, Bill reveled in the rugged beauty of Iron Mountain. Hunting and fishing were not mere pastimes; they were sacred rituals. Bill shared these traditions with his children, passing down not only skills but also a deep love for nature. His grandkids, wide-eyed and eager, rode alongside him on his ATV through the serene Mountain Meadows.
The Collector’s Heart
Cars held a special place in Bill’s heart. Over the years, he amassed a collection that reflected his passion for craftsmanship and design. Each vehicle told a story—a testament to his appreciation for the artistry of the road.
Community Bonds
Bill’s impact extended beyond his family. As the owner of G&G Auto Parts, he built lasting friendships within the Cheyenne community. His commitment to service and camaraderie left an indelible mark. Later, he transitioned to Laramie County Schools District, where he continued to contribute, leaving behind a legacy of dedication.

Bill is preceded in death by his grandparents, parents Bill and Betty Garvin, his sister, Sandy Lee, a nephew, Brian Lee, a grandson, Cameron Sharpe and many aunts and uncle’s who he cherished.
He is survived by his wife, Linda, his three daughters, Tana (partner Dave), Dawn Garvin, and Kimi La Rosa (Lisa), his 6 grand children, Tyler, Justin, Bryce, Ryan, Kelsey and Regan and 4 great grandchildren, Ashtyn, Aaliyah, Paisley and Addison.
