Victor was a true Wyomingite, an avid outdoorsman, as well as a real family man who loved God and his country. He was especially skilled in bow hunting and ice fishing. Victor was also very devoted to his faith and his church. He was an active member of Cheyenne Hills Church, spending his time volunteering and creating relationships with fellow church members. He loved Jesus and used every opportunity to spread the word of God. Victor was the life of every party with his infectious laugh, larger than life personality, and ability to dance to any music. Above all Victor loved to spend time playing games and being outdoors with his children, brothers, and sisters. He will be missed dearly by his entire family.
