Tyler James Burns, 19, of Cheyenne, died on October 6, 2014 at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.
He was born on May 25, 1995 in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada and had lived in Cheyenne for the last eight years.
Tyler was a member of Homestead Baptist Church, Cheyenne Field Archers, and enjoyed karate, baseball, fishing, hunting, camping, and hiking. He was a newspaper carrier for the Wyoming Tribune Eagle for five years.
He is survived by his parents, David James “Jamie” and Robin Burns of Grand Rapids, Michigan; a sister, Cortinie Burns of Port Huron, Michigan; and his grandparents, Rick and Ruth Burns of Port Huron, and Bob and Carol Burns of Sarnia.
Timeless Memories services will be Thursday, 2:00 p.m., at Miracle Valley Assembly of God Church, 5201 HR Ranch Rd, Cheyenne, WY 82007, with Pastor Randy Gregory officiating.
Interment will be in Kinney Cemetery in Port Huron.
