Theresa Claire Murdoch, 63, of Carpenter, Wyoming, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on October 30, 2024. Born on May 31, 1961, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Theresa was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph H. McNamara and E. Irene McNamara.
Raised in the Sun Valley area of Cheyenne, she graduated from East High School in 1979. Theresa married Kirby Murdoch on May 8, 2001. Together, they built their home and life in Carpenter where they continued to farm and care for the Murdoch family land.

Murdoch; her children, Candice L. Hough (Bud) of Cheyenne, and Martin J. Patch of Orange City, Florida; her brother, Sean P. McNamara (Diana); her sisters, M. Catherine Mellott, Genevieve A. Telander (Russel), Celestine “Sally” J. Rojas (Alfonso), L. Susan Palmer (Mack), Georgene C. McNamara-Roberts (Mark), and Jennifer I. Dillinger (Scott) all of Cheyenne.
