Shirley Ann Lewis, 78, of Cheyenne passed away Monday, April 20, 2015 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.
She was born April 30, 1936 in Gering, Nebraska and had lived here most of her life.
Shirley graduated from Cheyenne High School and was the Centrex Operator for the Wyoming State Government for over 20 years.
She enjoyed baking, crocheting towels, and making crafts. She was known for giving her baked goods and crafts to others to enjoy.
Shirley is survived by two children, William (Cyndi) Lewis of Cheyenne and Debbie (Gary) DiRisio of Las Vegas, Nevada; sister, Sharon Martin of Napa, Californa; four grandchildren, Shanda (John) Atkins, Jason Lewis, Deanna DiRisio, and Daniel DiRisio and three great-grandchildren, Joshua Atkins, Kaylie Atkins, and Dylan Atkins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Lewis; father, Willard Blanton; mother and step-father, Nellie and Alvin Grubbs and three siblings, Alberta Predmore, Betty Thompson, and Mel Blanton.
Services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel. Interment will follow at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.
