Sharon Kay (Ramey) Pavlicek, 70 of Cheyenne Wyoming, died August 26, 2019 in Ft. Collins Colorado. She has been battling several illnesses for a long time, when she finally succumbed to the illnesses.
She is the youngest daughter born February 7, 1949 in Cheyenne to Lee and Nelle Ramey and grew up living in Cheyenne where she later met and married her husband, Robert Pavlicek. They married January 17, 1969. They were married for 47 years, at the passing of her husband in 2016. She has 3 daughters, Tamra Carter of Plattsmouth Nebraska, Lori Pavlicek of Cheyenne Wyoming, and Sherlauna Silfven of Ft. Collins Colorado, and 9 grandchildren.
Sharon was a full-time wife and mother and enjoyed spending time with her family in the mountains. She would make the best picnic lunches which was enjoyed while fishing or on long scenic drives. She also loved to bake, and her famous sticky caramel pecan rolls embraced us like a warm hug and made everything feel like home. She was proud of the life she built and the memories she made that will be cherished forever.
Sharon is survived by her three daughters and nine grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Nelle Ramey, and her sisters, Twyla Benton of Casper, Wyoming and Sandra Busby of Cheyenne, Wyoming, as well as her loving husband Robert Pavlicek.
Services will be held on Friday, August 30, 2019 at 10AM at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Lincolnway Chapel. Interment will follow at Beth El Cemetery. Expressions of care can be sent to
