Ruby Pearl Whipple, 95, of Cheyenne, WY, passed away peacefully September 11, 2019 in Cheyenne. She was born in Bray, Oklahoma on August 30, 1924 to her parents, Tom and Josephine Wright. Ruby is survived by her brother; Jimmy (Beth), her daughter; Gale, her grandchildren; Heather (Jim), Brett, and her great-grandchildren; Kylie, Alex, Sydney, Kieran, and Ivy. Services will be held at Miracle Valley Church on Friday, September 20th at 2pm. Visitation of the deceased will be Thursday at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel from 9am to 7pm.
