Ronda DuPont, 83, of Cheyenne, Wyoming passed away while surrounded by her loving sister and niece on Friday February 17th at Life Care Center of Cheyenne. It was such an honor for them to be there for her at this time. Ronda was born November 11, 1939, to Ralph and Lola Jones who preceded her in death. In heaven, Ronda will also be reunited with her stepmother Helen, brother Richard, brother-in-law Jerry and nephew Jerry. She is survived and will be greatly missed by her sister Crystal, nieces Liz, Jenny, and Becky. Ronda leaves behind grandchildren, and her 2 daughters. Ronda was a loving sister, mother, grandmother, and aunt.
In her earlier years, Ronda worked at Dans County Market as a cashier. She was remembered and missed by many long after retirement. She loved to bowl with her friend whom she would also go visit Black Hawk with periodically. In Ronda’s later years, she loved to watch her favorite tv show Golden Girls, enjoy a refreshing Diet Pepsi , go shopping with her sister and niece, go dining at Guadalajara, girl nights decorating cookies with her cookie crew, and attend family gatherings with her sister, niece, and niece’s families.
There will be a private celebration of life honoring this amazing woman by invitation only. It will be hosted by Ronda’s cookie buddies. We love you so much Ronda, thank you for bringing so much joy and laughter into our lives. Your beautiful smile and loving soul will be in our memories forever. Thank you for making us all better people and sharing your time here with us.
