Ronald Dean Brewer

April 15, 1937 — February 10, 2022

Ronald “Ronnie” Brewer, 84, formerly of Cheyenne, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2022 in Green River, Wyoming.
He was born on April 15, 1937 to Stan and Ertie Brewer. After graduating from Cheyenne Central High School in 1959, he went to work for the Great Western Sugar Company in Horse Creek, Wyoming. He later moved to Wright, Wyoming to work for Black Thunder Coal Company where he retired in 2000 after 32 years.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include the mother of his children, Doris; son, Dana Brewer (Kristie); daughters, Dawn Jewell (Richard) and Lisa Doege (Mike); eight grandchildren, Brandi Hecker (Adam), Danielle Brewer, Rick Jewell (Lindsay), Mike Jewell (Stephanie), Jillian Stimson (Tony), Chelsea Doege, Cody Cooper, and Mishell Hamblin (Zac); and eleven great grandchildren, Channing, Daelynn, and Elias Hecker; Alyssa, Ricky, and Savanna Jewell; Declan and Isla Stimson; and Keegan Hamblin and Aspen Doege-Hamblin; and members of the Buddy Schepp family. He will also be fondly remembered by Susan Crofutt who cared for him while he lived in the assisted living unit in Green River, Wyoming.
Urn interment will be Friday, 4:00 p.m., at Mt. View Memorial Park, 10701 Yellowstone Road, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009.
A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, 10:00 a.m., at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel, 1900 East 19th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001 with a reception to immediately follow at The Gathering Place.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association, 2232 Dell Range Boulevard, #101, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009.
