Robert A. Bryant, 64, of Douglas, died Sunday, June 7, 2015 at the VA Medical Center in Cheyenne.
He was born April 8, 1951 in San Antonio, Texas, a son of Robert B. and Peggy A. (Hillman) Bryant. Robert was born into a military family and lived in various locations throughout his lifetime. He attended schools in both Douglas and Casper, graduating from Natrona High School. He joined the U. S. Army after graduation, transferring to the first the Army Guard and then the Air Guard. He served his country for 21 years before retiring. He served as a flight medic while in the military and upon his retirement worked as an EMT with the Fire Department in both Lander and Douglas.
Robert was an avid bowler, and enjoyed spending his free time bowling with friends.
Survivors include his parents, Robert B. and Peggy A. Bryant of Douglas; two brothers, James V. (Jody) Bryant of Mankato, Minnesota; and John E. (Polli) Bryant of Cheyenne; and several nieces and nephews.
