Raymond Eldridge, 75, died December 12 at his home in Cheyenne.
Ray is survived by his wife Darlene and three children Travis (Maureen) Eldridge, Todd (Carri) Eldridge both of Cheyenne, Tanya (Louis) Smith of Wellington, CO, in addition to 16 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Ray is also survived by his best friend and family friend Brad Stuck.
Ray will be remembered as a very hard worker. He and his wife owned their own trucking company for nearly 40 years. He continued to work in the shop on trucks with his son and Brad until the very end.
Ray served in the U.S. Army from 1961 to 1965 as a truck driver and continued driving truck until the end of 2017.
Ray was talented at many different mechanical endeavors and was always willing to help his children with all their projects.
Ray will be greatly missed by his family.
Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel.
