Rayma H. Kissell, 94, of Cheyenne, died Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Davis Hospice Center.
She was born November 19, 1920 in Fort Collins, Colorado a daughter of Carl and Annie Christensen. Rayma married John Wesley Kissell on May 23, 1942. They moved to Cheyenne in 1952 and opened Shyann Meat Packing Company where Rayma worked as the secretary and bookkeeper for the company.
Mrs. Kissell played piano at several Assembly of God Churches in Cheyenne as well as many nursing homes and assisted living facilities. She was a member of Miracle Valley Church.
Survivors include two sons, Larry and Neil Kissell; two granddaughters, Chrisanne (Kevin) Sprague; and Tara (Wesley) Raymond; five great grandchildren, Jace Horton; Kara Piscitella; Charlyne Horton, Dylan and Owen Raymond, all of Cheyenne.
She was preceded in death by her husband, a daughter, Janis Klosterman; her parents; a sister, June Burke; four brothers, Raymond, Harold, Robert and Avery Christensen; and a great-grandson, Noah Raymond.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 12, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Miracle Valley Church. Pastor Ed Fugate officiating. Interment will be at Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Services are under the direction of Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel.
