Along with her husband they built and started what is now the Mountain Rendezvous in Ryan Park, Wyoming creating wonderful food that people would drive miles to enjoy. She was also a master Gardener, the greenest thumb in the world, enjoying her green house in the last few days that her husband built for her. Vani was a faithful servant in her church serving faithfully for many years. She was loved and treasured by many. Vani was a very talented lady. A classically trained pianist, an artist in many ways. Her wonderful blankets, socks, scarves and hats that are treasures to hundreds of people. At one time you could drive around Rawlins and see her beautiful suncatchers hanging in people's windows. Her free hand painting on ceramics and tole painting was second to none. She was the best pie maker, making pies and her bread pudding for Stacey and Jason at the 5th street bistro. She was a wonderful caregiver to her children, if they ever were sick or hospitalized, she was right there by their side never leaving them even when she wasn't allowed.
She lived a full beautiful life and will be missed by all who knew her around the globe.
Godspeed precious lady.
