Nora Loraine Sisneros, 73, of Cheyenne passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family as she had wished on October 17.
She was born July 4, 1943 in Ocate, NM and had lived here since 1969.
Nora enjoyed raising her family and later spending time with them and their children.
She also liked to grab a bucket of KFC and go fishing.
Nora is survived by her husband, Jose; seven children, Lily (Tom) Evans, Lorraine Sisneros (Allan), David Sisneros, Dora Sisneros, Mark (Nancy) Sisneros, Michael (Christy) Sisneros, and Lawerance Sisneros; six siblings, Bronson, Manuel, and Wilfred Duran, Joy Vigil, Minnie Valdez, and Stella DeHerrera; 21 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Adelia Duran and seven siblings, Alex, Elmer and Daniel Duran, Gloria Trujillo, Olivia Montoya, May Bustos and Josie Romero.
Vigil for the Deceased will be 4:00 p.m., Sunday at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel.
Funeral Liturgy will be 10:30 a.m., Monday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
Interment to follow at Olivet Cemetery.
