Nancy Worthington (Pequignot) 80, passed away in Cheyenne, Wyoming on June 10, after a 5-year battle with Alzheimer's. She was born to Arthur and Dorothy Pequignot in Sidney, Ohio on August 12, 1943. Nancy loved traveling and new adventures took her all over the US and Europe. Once established in Cheyenne she became a volunteer firefighter for fire district #8 and worked most of her life for the USDA. She is survived by her son Michael (Charity) Worthington and her daughter in-law Lieve Worthington; her five grandchildren: Meghan (Randi) Mayberry, Dustin (Averi) Worthington, Cody (Savannah) Worthington, Alec Payton and Tessa Payton; her two great-grandchildren: Sophie Mayberry and Arbor Worthington; and her only sibling, sister Karen Pequignot of Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents and son Mark Worthington. There will be no services held at this time.
