Mildred Anne “Sandy” Kaylor, 79, of Cheyenne Wyoming, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2017.
She was born Jan. 31, 1938, in Louisville. She moved to Cecilia in 1972. In 1975 she moved to Elizabethtown and joined the civil service as a financial analyst and was based at Fort Knox. She traveled all over the world in her position with the U.S. Army. She retired in 1996 and moved to Sonora with her beloved Jarvis and refinished furniture, raised ducks, gardened and began her lifelong love of Pomeranians.
In 2010 she moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming to be near her daughter Debbie and Debbie’s partner Teresa Straub. She cherished her pups, Critter, Cookie and Shyanne.
She was preceded in death by her soulmate, E. Jarvis Westbrook; her father, Jacob Eberhardt; her mother, Mildred Napier; her stepfather, Ernest Napier; three brothers, James Eberhardt, Phillip Eberhardt and Edward Eberhardt; and Critter her boon companion.
Survivors include three daughters, Debbie White and her partner, Teresa Straub, Donna Haycraft and her husband, Walter and Denise Martin and her husband, Brian; a brother, Roy Napier; many nieces, nephews; grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and her beloved pups Cookie and Shyanne.
A celebration of life will be held on June 10th, beginning at at 6 p.m. at Mt. Moriah Church, 1236 Bird Road in Magnolia with Brother Shannon McCubbins officiating. The celebration will continue immediately following her service at 1177 Martin Meadow Lane in Magnolia.
Visitation is at 4 p.m. in the church sanctuary.
