Lynn M Fanter, 68, loving mother and grandmother passed away Dec 17th in Cheyenne, WY.
Lynn was born September 30th 1947 in Cheyenne to Guy and Gladys DeCastro.
She graduated from Cheyenne East High School and resided in Cheyenne her entire life. She had a career in Medical Administration until she retired.
Many of you knew her as the neighborhood mom or as a friend that was pretty much always there to have a cold beer and talk all night long. She prided herself in her “Boys” and grandchildren. Lynn is survived by her son Jeff Fanter and daughter-in-law Cristina Fanter of Boise ID: Son, Kevin Fanter and daughter-in-law Stephanie Fanter of Denver, CO; grandchildren, Kealsi, Bridger, Darian, Cayd, Taygan, and Jax. Also survived by her is Brother Van DeCastro, Sister in law Pam DeCastro, and nieces Kari DeCastro, Kacie DeCastro, and Beth Carlson. Lynn was preceded in death by her Father Guy DeCastro and Mother Gladys DeCastro of Cheyenne WY. A Celebration of life ceremony will be held at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel at 2pm on Monday, December 28, 2015. A reception will be held at the CFD Buckle Club directly after services from 3-6 pm.
