Loretta Ann Pyle, 80, passed peacefully in her sleep at Davis Hospice June 9th.
She was born July 30, 1943, in Cheyenne to Edwin and Stiennette Hansen.
Loretta started her career at First National. She was in the banking business for 25 years. In 1989, she became a massage therapist, and practiced for 35 years.
Loretta was a lifetime member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. She loved history and enjoyed cross country skiing, yoga, and spending time with friends and family.
She is survived by her three children, Craig (Vicki) Pyle of Napa Valley, California, Christine Towns of Livermore, Colorado, and Gene Pyle of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, Jason Durkee, Krystal Durkee, Katrina Pyle, Shelly Pyle-Prebula, and James Pyle; two step-grandchildren, Marya Parker and Danny Jones.; seven great-grandchildren, Isibel Hutchinson, Allison Hutchinson, Jade Durkee, Jason Durkee, Jr., Cal Prebula, Rece Prebula, and Ezekial Pyle; four step great-grandchildren, Summer Penn, Olivia Penn, Ryan Parker, and Brook Parker.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Edwin and Stiennette Hansen, husband, Ruben Pyle; a sister, Lois Horn.
Services will be held Saturday, June 29 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church located on 19th Street and House Ave.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Paul’s or Cheyenne Animal Shelter.
