Linda L. Seger, 69, died May 29, 2014 in Cheyenne.
She was born to Harvey and Helen (Hoagland) Trussel in Crawford, Nebraska on December 28, 1944. She married Richard G. Seger on August 19, 1963 in Phoenix, Arizona. Together they had two children, Richard and Stephanie. Linda enjoyed cooking and baking, and was very skilled in both. She is especially remembered for making delicious cookies for her granddaughter. She thrived on taking care of others, and went out of her way to make those around her comfortable. She liked to fish and enjoyed going on walks.
She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Seger; granddaughter Briana Seger; several grandchildren; brothers Ronald, Rodney, and Jim Trussel; and sisters Ginger Smith, Sherry Popp, and Penny Rupp.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son Richard Glenn Seger, Jr.; and brother, Terry Trussel.
Memorial services will occur Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Cheyenne Animal Shelter or Davis Hospice.
