A memorial service for Linda Bell, 74, will be held Saturday August 20th at 2:00pm at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel, 1900 E. 19th St., Cheyenne, WY.
Mrs. Bell was a Wyoming resident for 29 years before moving to Denver, Colorado in the 1970s. Mrs. Bell passed away July 11, 2016 at Silverado Memory Care Center in Lake Zurich, IL. Linda S. Bell was born January 3, 1942 in Cheyenne, Wyoming the daughter of Glen and Ilene Call. She was united in marriage to Eugene F. Bell on May 1, 1965 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. They were married for 51 years.
Linda received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Wyoming in 1964. She practiced nursing for over four decades in Wyoming, California and Colorado before retiring at the age of 70.
Always a caring, competent nurse, her best times were spent with her six grandchildren. She also loved dogs, and all animals, and cared for any stray that crossed her path.
She is survived by her husband, children and spouses; Greg (Toni) Bell, Cheyenne, WY, Andy (Kendra) Bell, Colorado Springs, CO, Colleen (Eric) Wade, Grayslake, IL, 6 loving grandchildren; 1 sister, Thelma (Marshall) Atwell, Rochester, NY; 2 brother-in-laws; Charles (Jeanine) Bell, and James (Barbara) Bell.
