Larry D Hollings, 66, of Cheyenne, passed away February 23, 2017, at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. He was born April 21, 1950 in Odgen, Utah to Ernest & Daphne (Williams) Hollings. Larry married his high school sweetheart, Linda Sue Moore on July 8, 1968 in Cheyenne and their marriage was later solemnized in the Denver Colorado LDS Temple. He was an active member of the LDS Church. You could see his love of the Savior in his desire to serve others and in his support of his wife, children and grandchildren, who were his pride and joy. He was a skilled and talented auto body repair man and was employed by Dinneen Motors for over 35 years, first as a bodyman and then as the body shop manager. Larry will be greatly missed by his wife of 48 years, Linda; his children, Larry (Rachel) Hollings, Amy (Wilfred) Olmos, and James (Tonya) Hollings; grandchildren: Adam, Tyler, Cedrick, Justin , Jenifer, Alyssa, Dave, & Carter Hollings, Austin & Kiersten Olmos, Isabella Hollings; and great-grandchild, Ezekial Olmos. He is also survived by his siblings, Lawrence Hollings, Orien Dalley, Sandra Wallace, Shirley Schnell, Shauna Sapp; numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Ernest Hollings and great-grandchild, Angelica Olmos.Services will be held Saturday, March 4 at 9am at the LDS Stake Center, 309 Western Hills Blvd. Interment to follow at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.
