Kristin P. Harms, 70, of Cheyenne, died on Monday, February 22, 2016 in Cheyenne.
She was born on February 15, 1946 in San Jose, California and had lived in Cheyenne for the last twelve years.
Kristin received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Arizona, and was Registered Nurse. She worked a several hospitals including McKee Medical Center in Loveland, Colorado. Kristin enjoyed reading, gardening, photography, quilting, traveling, and taking care of her dogs. She volunteered at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital, the CFD Medical Tent, and a local childcare center.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Harms, whom she married on May 5, 1973 in Alexandria, Virginia; a son, Charles Harms (Hillary) of Alexandria; a daughter, Elisabet Harms (Daniel Crail) of Westminster, Colorado; a brother, Eric Peterson of Cape Charles, Virginia; a sister, Karin Peterson of West Hartford, Connecticut; and two grandchildren, Sawyer and Henrik Crail.
Kristin was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Eleanor (Brauch) Peterson.
Visitation will be Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel.
