Kirk B. Yearsley, 58, the Denver Broncos’ biggest fan and formerly of Cheyenne, passed away April 9 at his home in Alliance, Neb.
He was born April 7, 1958, in Ogden, Utah, to Eli Yearsley and Virginia Wells.
He graduated from Bonneville High School. He served in the U.S. Army. After his service, he worked in the oil fields, and most recently he worked as a delivery driver.
His hobbies were Denver Broncos football and all sports. He liked to fish, camp and spend time outdoors.
Kirk will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
He is survived by his wife, Vickie; his children, Cameron Yearsley, Amanda Yearsley, Brandy Molitor, Brittany Yearsley and Brooke Yearsley; stepdaughter, Jessi (Cody) Kahler; eight grandchildren; his mother, Virginia Wells; sister, Nannette Earl; brother, John Yearsley; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Eli; and brother, Eric.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held At Wiederspahn-Radomksy Chapel on Friday, April 29, 2016 at 2pm.
