Julian V. Valdez, 65, of Cheyenne, died on Saturday, February 16, 2019 in Cheyenne.
He was born on June 22, 1953 in Cheyenne.
Julian retired as a section foreman for the UPRR. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, working on his own property, and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Aletha Valdez; children, Julian P. Valdez, Ciprino “CP” Valdez, Demerio Valdez, Amari Valdez; and his mother, Minnie Valdez of Cheyenne; stepdaughter, Latesha Metz; siblings, Liz Valdez, Lorine Vega, Leo Valdez, and Roque Valdez; eleven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Julian was preceded in death by his father, Julian Valdez; stepdaughter, Lisa Metz; and three siblings.
Visitation will be Friday, 9-8, at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel.
Services will be Saturday, 2:00 p.m., at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel
A reception will immediately follow at The Gathering Place.
