John Velvick

John Glen Velvick, 61,
a loving father and talented
wood floor craftsman,
passed away on
Dec. 19, 2023.
Born April 7th, 1962
in Kemmerer, Wyoming,
John’s love for family
and work brought him
immense joy. His career
as a master wood flooring
expert was marked
with extreme talent and
dedication. His precision
and finesse showcased
his artistry and commitment
to his craft. John
also found solace in long
drives, exploring the
back roads and enjoying
the mountain views.
John was a loving son,
brother and father and
leaves behind a loving
family and numerous
friends. He is survived by
his beloved son Johnny
Velvick, his step children
Christen Grant, Jesse
Cornett, Brandy Velvick
and six grand children.
He also leaves behind
his sisters Darla Pepper
(Kent), Shelli Olson
(Mark), Summer Grow
(Brian), his uncle Gary
Griff (Alice), niece April
Pepper and other extended
family.
He will be dearly
missed.
