Jodee Alice Rhoades, age 56, and her battle against Huntington's disease ended Feb 21 2016 at Cheyenne Healthcare Center in Cheyenne WY.
Jodee was born Nov 8, 1959 in Cheyenne WY to Marion & Saundra Reeder. Jodee was born and raised a proud ranch girl of Carpenter WY, graduating from Burns High School in 1978. This is where Jodee met her high school sweetheart Jeff Rhoades and they married July 15, 1978. The beginning of their marriage was spent traveling the mid-west for Jeff's job as a heavy equipment operator. They finally settled down back at the ranch for the kids to attend school. Jodee's life was dedicated to her immediate and extended family. She worked at Holmes Equipment and then as the secretary at Jeff's business Mountain States Signs.
Jodee is survived by her husband Jeff Rhoades of Carpenter; father Marion Reeder also of Carpenter, daughters. Jaime Wiggam of Hillsdale, Jessica Streeter of Pinedale, 3 grandchildren Hanna & Wyatt Wiggam & Jackson Streeter.
Jodee is preceded in death by her brother Chris and Mother Saundra who also lost their fight against Huntington's disease.
Services will be held at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Funeral Home Thursday Feb 25th, 2016 at 10am. A reception will follow at Evangelical Free Church of Cheyenne.
