Jo E. Heatherington

Jo Heatherington, 89, of Cheyenne passed away on July 28, 2024, at home. She was born November 13, 1934, in Rawlins Wyoming to Ed and Ira Mae Brown. In the early years, Jo was a telephone operator for Mountain Bell. Later while raising her daughter she worked at FE Warren as a switchboard operator. Jo loved all animals (especially cats) and was happy to share her home with them. Jo was preceded in death by her husband Larry Heatherington, her brother John Brown, a grandson, Mike Serumgard, and a great-grandson, Porter Serumgard. She is survived by her daughter, Kim Serumgard, stepsons Jay Heatherington and Scott Heatherington, and their families. Service will be on September 4, 2024, at 10:00 am at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel.
