Jeffrey Eugene Weber

July 10, 1982 — July 12, 2022

Jeffrey Eugene Weber, 40, of Cheyenne, passed away peacefully at his home on July 12, 2022.
Jeff was born in Cheyenne on July 10, 1982 to David Dean Weber and Michele Renee McCoy (Williamson)
Jeff was raised in Cheyenne and lived here his entire life. Jeff was a man of many words, but even more so a man of action. If Jeff said he was going to do something, you could rest assured he would follow through. A man of great character, Jeff never shied away from what he thought was right, even if it meant going against the crowed. Jeff loved many things – the outdoors, a crunchy jam played at the appropriate level, and anything having to do with his hands. And then there is Jeff’s art, and my was Jeff a talented artist. He enjoyed painting and drawing many things. Jeff was also an exceptional tattoo artist who had mastered his craft. Whether his art was a tattoo, drawing or painting, they were all nothing short of absolutely amazing.
But Jeff’s true love was unquestionably his family. Jeff loved his family with his whole heart, and it showed in everything he did and said. Jeff’s love for his family knew no bounds. He loved us “to the moon and back”. Jeff had a smile that could change your life for the better even if only for that fleeting moment.
Jeff was a skilled tradesman and worked with his stepfather for the majority of his working career. Jeff also worked many years on FEWAFB and at Goodwill and enjoyed a large extended family from his time at both.
Jeff is survived by his mother, Michele McCoy; his stepfather, Miller McCoy; grandparents, Doris Williamson, and Ted and Judy McCoy (Anne); his father, David Weber; his brothers and their families, Nick and Mandy Furman, Joe and Misty Weber, Dan and Laura Johnson, and Curtis and Melinda Weber; a sister, Diann Weber; and the love of his life, Anastasia Shultz (Weber). Jeff had two amazing children whom he loved beyond words, Abigale Shultz and Ryan Loetscher. Jeff had many nieces and nephews whom he loved and adored, MacKenzie, Austin, Abbriella, and Canyon (Nick and Mandy), Jeremiah, Drya and Issabella (Curtis and Melinda), Galatea and Duran (Joe and Misty), and Jack and Leon Weaver and Sean and Michael Moore (Dan and Laura), as well as an unfathomable amount of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends whom he always looked at as family.
