Javier "Tito" Gallardo

Javier “Tito” Gallardo, 76, died Tuesday, October 10th at CRMC surrounded by his wife, kids and grandchildren. He was born in San Juan de Los Lagos Jalisco, Mexico on December 31st, 1940. He was a resident of Cheyenne, WY for 43years. In addition, he was a husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, mentor and friend. “Javi” as he was also known to many, worked for Union Pacific Railroad for 24 years and retired in 2008. He spent most of his retirement traveling and spending time with his wife, kids and grandchildren. After a long battle with ALS he finally succumbed to his illness. He is survived by his loving wife Carmen Teresa and his children; Abelardo (Dawn), Oscar, Orlando, Erika (Alex), Berneice (Koona), and Marlon (Adel). Grandchildren; Emiliano, Cesar, Giancarlo, Marianna, Analise, Gabriella, Alejandra, Mateo, Viviana, Grayson, Angel, Makoonse, Jamison, Sofia and Amelia.
He was preceded in death by; his father Miguel Gallardo, mother Ramona Cervantes, sisters Olivia Vasquez and Leticia Ramirez, and grandchildren Madison and Santi. Javier truly lived life to the fullest, sparing no expense. He loved his beloved country Mexico and his adopted country, the United States of America. He was a loving man and will be missed by everyone who knew him.
Vigil for the deceased will be held on Monday, October 16th at 6:00 p.m. at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel. Funeral Liturgy will be held Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at St. Mary’s Cathedral.
