Janeth E. Seyfang, 72, of Cheyenne, died Monday, July 6, 2015 at Davis Hospice Center.
She was born December 4, 1942 in Rawlins, Wyoming, a daughter of John Henry and Ella (Middleton) Seyfang II. Jan received her schooling in Cheyenne and graduated with an Associate’s Degree from LCCC. She joined the United States Navy where she was stationed and lived in various locations before her retirement from the Navy. She came to Cheyenne in 1988.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Fleet Reserve Association and the Daughters of the Union Veterans of the Civil War. Jan enjoyed spending time on the computer and spending time with her beloved dogs.
Survivors include two brothers, David Seyfang of Guernsey, Wyoming; Roy Seyfang of Morrison, Colorado; and a sister Peggy Kizzire of Green River, Wyoming.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Edward, John Henry III and George Arthur Seyfang; and two sisters, Mary Allred and her twin sister Judith Ann who passed away at birth.
Funeral Services will be Friday, July 10, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel. Interment will be at 3:00 p.m. at Crown Hill Cemetery in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
