Jana Garton, 50, of Cheyenne, died on April 19, 2019.
She was born on December 9, 1968 in Cheyenne and had lived here all her life.
Jana worked at UPS for many years and at Vino’s Wine and Spirits for 13 years. She enjoyed riding Harley Davidson’s, going to garage sales, making everyone around her happy, she was very creative, and loved her kids and her grandkids more than anything. Jana was the kindest, sweetest, woman you will ever know.
She is survived by her daughters, Alicia Gallegos (Levi Gallegos) of Ft. Collins, Colorado, and Elizabeth Moore of Cheyenne; mother, Diane Pineda (James Pineda) of Cheyenne; sisters, Jody Garton and Tamara Carney, both of Cheyenne; six grandchildren, Sage Moore, Gavin Gallegos, Zane Moore, Kylie Garton, C.C. Moore, and Kai Gallegos; nieces, Kimberly Garton, Brittany Garton, Amber Vlahos; and nephews, Travis Garton and Desmond Rivera.
Jana was preceded in death by her brother, Kenny Garton.
To assist in her Celebration of Life, donations are being taken at Vino’s Wine and Spirits. The Celebration will be Monday, April 29th, 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens.
