James R. Cicarelli, II, 68, of Cheyenne, died on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Cheyenne.
He was born on November 3, 1948 in San Francisco, California and had lived here since 2012.
Mr. Cicarelli served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and retired as the UPRR Director of Locomotive Management. He was an active volunteer at the VA Hospital and enjoyed hunting, the outdoors, and outdoor health and fitness.
He is survived by a daughter, Jessica Jessen of Cheyenne; two sons, Jed Cicarelli (Jaela) and Jon Cicarelli, both of Cheyenne; two sisters, Barbara Barrett and Cathy Messier, both of Albuquerque, New Mexico; and six grandchildren, Collin and Cameron Jessen, Gavin Cicarelli, Caitlin Jessen, and Avery and Audry Cicarelli.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Life Commemoration Services will be Sunday, 2:00 p.m., at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel.
