Irene E. Lebsack, 100, of Cheyenne passed away Sunday, March 15, 2015 at Life Care Center in Cheyenne.
She was born December 10, 1914 in Summerfield, Kansas and had lived in Cheyenne since 1943.
Irene was an executive secretary at F.E. Warren A.F.B. She was a member of Zion Congregational Church, Germans from Russia, XJWC, Women of the Moose, Elks, and American Legion #6 Auxiliary.
Irene is survived by a step-daughter, Pam Tapia of Glendale, Arizona; daughter-in-law, Judy (Bob) Armstrong of Oakland, California; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, W.W. Hale in 1976; second husband, Fred Lebsack, Jr. in 2002; Fred’s son, Fred James Lebsack in 2011; parents, Ira and Laura Clark, and a son-in-law, Joseph Tapia.
Services will be Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel with Rev. Eric Snyder officiating.
Interment following at Lakeview Cemetery.
