Ines Mae Valentine went home to Jesus on September 6, 2023 at the age of 91.
Ines was born to Ned Carson Case and Ethel Lee Case (Wright) on May 13, 1932 in Hugo, Colorado. She had two older brothers Thornton Leon Case, Lester Carl Case, and a younger sister Nenya Darlene Auckland (Case).
. In 1950, she graduated from Canon City High School in Colorado and married James Junior Taylor in August. She went on to have three children, Reyna Denise Tout (Taylor), Charla Rae Hollingsworth (Taylor), and Randall Lynn Taylor. Ines married again, and brought Kevin Duane Huffaker into the world, and shortly thereafter the family moved from Colorado to Wyoming. Her marriage of thirteen years was to Tommy Rayford Valentine. Ines loved the companionship of Dale Doty for decades after she was widowed. He held a special place in Ines’s heart.
In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother, Ines worked at full-time positions at Wonder Bread, Fassett-Nickel Ford, and the State of Wyoming Land Office.
Ines was a generous and selfless woman. Never idle, she loved to sew lovely and unique designs using her embroidery sewing machine. She never once sold an embroidery creation, but instead gave them away to family, friends, and acquaintances.
Ines joins her father, mother, two brothers, her sister, and her dear Ray in Heaven.
Services will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 10:00 am at Wiederspahn Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes.
