Grace Mae Sluss, 81, of Cheyenne, passed at Home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on Jan. 8, 1941, in Peebles, Ohio to James and Mary Ruth Ball.
Grace was a home maker. Being an Air Force wife staying home was her number one love along with her husband Will. She worked at Cheyenne Linen for 5 years and was a volunteer at the Cheyenne VA for three years. She loved to do garden work and take care of her flowers.
She is survived by brothers and their spouses, Bill and Cathy Ball, Ed and Marge Ball; her children and their spouses, Laurie and Sherman Smith, Vickie and Chuck Engbretson, Tim and Saundra Sluss, Kevin and Sue Sluss; her grandchildren and their spouses; Shawn Barry, Tracy and Brandon Patton, Zac and Meghan Engbretson, Casey Sluss, Kyra Ledkins, Delaney Ledkins, Coan Price, Shermane Smith, Haley Sluss, Amy Sluss; 8 great grandchildren.
Grace was preceded in death by her parents, James and Mary Ruth Ball; her husband, Wilford Sluss; two sisters, Minnie and Mary Helen; three brothers, Charlie, James Jr. and Fred.
Services Viewing is Tuesday 13th from 10-2 and the funeral services at Wednesday 14th at 2 pm. The family would like to invite friends and family over for snacks and drinks at Grace’s home at 3523 Amherst Rd. Cheyenne.
