George W. Crouch, Jr., 75, of Cheyenne, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 23, 1946, in Claremore, Oklahoma to George and Marjorie (Lee) Crouch. In 1949 his family moved to California and then in 1983 he made the move to Wyoming.
He proudly served for the US Navy from 1966-1970 in Vietnam. During 1971-1979 he worked for the Concord Police Department. The Union Pacific Railroad from 1979-1989. Then 1989 he worked for the State of Wyoming until retirement in 2015.
George is a member of the Cheyenne Hills Church and served on the overseer board for 3 years. He always loved singing and blessed people in choir and solos for 32 years.
He considered it an honor and privilege to serve his family, church, and his country.
George was preceded in death by his daughter, Kimberly; mother, Marjorie; and brother, Jonathan.
He is survived by his wife, Susan (Lewis) Crouch; son, Michael (Elania) Crouch; father, George W. Crouch, Sr.; grandchildren, Madelyn, and Samuel.
Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday May 13, in Cheyenne Hills Church.
