Garth Matthew Boreczky, 58, of Cheyenne, suddenly passed away on January 19th from a bilateral pulmonary embolism.
He was born April 29, 1957 in Hartford, Connecticut.
After graduating from the University of Wyoming, in 1981 he chose to make Wyoming his home.
He spent over 30 years working hard in the insurance industry, building his insurance business into a successful company. His motto was always work hard ~ play hard! Family and friends were everything! He loved creating memories by spending time at his ranch, hunting at Duck camp, traveling, adventures with his family, friends, and pampering his dogs.
Garth was a loving and devoted father, husband, son, brother, uncle, friend, hunting buddy, Sigma Chi, insurance broker, and mentor to many.
Garth is survived by his wife, Beth Boreczky; three children, Austin, Casey, and Caitlin Boreczky; his parents, John and Helen Boreczky; siblings, Eric Boreczky and Becky; and his favorite furry companions, Remi, Barre, and Siggy.
Garth was preceded in death by his beloved Aunt Marie, Grandparents, and hunting dog Sam.
A celebration of his life will be Saturday, January 30th at 4:00 p.m. at Little America, in the Wyoming Room. Casual camo attire or flip-flops and tank tops are encouraged.
Friends, who wish may contribute to one of Garth’s passions, the National Rifle Association, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, or Sigma Chi Gamma Xi chapter.
Cremation has taken place at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.
