Garrett Austin Weber, 26, of Lewiston, Minnesota passed away at Grunderson Lutheran Medical Center in La Crosse, Wisconsin on April 6, 2019 surrounded by his loving family and friends.
He was born at Evans Army Community Hospital at Ft. Carson, Colorado on January 19, 1993. His big bright smile, his goofball faces and crazy sense of humor would bring smiles to anyone’s day. His monster bear hugs and chicken kisses will be greatly missed.
He had a love for boxing, mixed martial arts, fishing, many sports, and was an avid Denver Bronco’s fan. He was a high school graduate and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army with his goal to be a sports trainer.
He is survived by his fiancé, Kaylee Waller and their unborn daughter, Gypsy Faye Weber of Lewiston; parents, Kevin Weber of Cheyenne and Alena and BJ Klose of Dillon, Montana; brothers, Dylan Weber of Cannon AFB, New Mexico, Jesse and CJ Nelson, both of Butte, Montana; sisters, Emilee and Abigail Deffenbaugh and Madison Klose of Dillon, and Eleanor Sawyer of Tulsa, Oklahoma; grandparents, Dorothy Weber of Cheyenne and Frank and Sara Lopez of Hot Springs, Montana; uncles, Terry Weber, Ron Weber, David Weber, Brian Weber, Clint Weber, and Judson Green, all of Cheyenne, Jake Rexus of Seattle, Washington, and Adam Rexus of Hot Springs; aunts, Kellie Green and Trish Turner, both of Cheyenne, and Andrea Rexus of Seattle; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Gene Weber and Alex Rexus; and his cousin, John Weber, all formerly of Cheyenne.
A Celebration of His Life will be Saturday, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at The Gathering Place, 1900 East 21st Street. All blue jeans, sneakers, and Denver Bronco apparel is welcomed.
