Frank Cincoine, 86, of Cheyenne, died on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.
He was born on March 30, 1928 in Bell, California and had lived here since 1972.
Frank served in the U.S. Air Force from 1945-1973, retiring from active duty as a Senior Master Sergeant. He was stationed in Germany, Okinawa, Greenland, Japan, and numerous assignments in the U.S. He received three Air Force Commendation Medals in addition to numerous other awards. After retirement Frank worked for the Civil Service at FEWAFB for eleven years. He was an active member of the Retired Enlisted Men’s Association, Air Force Sergeant’s Association, and the NRA.
Mr. Cincoine is survived by his wife, Ikuko “Annie” Cincoine, whom he married on September 5, 1956 in Tokyo, Japan; a daughter, Linda Fisher (Ed); a granddaughter, Jennifer McCord-Mauk (Daniel Mauk; a brother, Fred Gagne; and three sisters, Helen Taylor, Marylou Stanley, and Lorraine Dunning of Salem, Oregon.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Edith Craig and Rose Cincoine; and his parents, Frank Cincoine and Helen Gagne (Fred).
Services will be Wednesday, 10:00 a.m., at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel.
