Frances Adler Williams, 85, of Cheyenne, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Monday, October 20, 2014 at the Davis Hospice Center.
She was born on November 2, 1928 in Juniata, Nebraska and had lived in Cheyenne since 1959.
Fran was employed as a CNA for 20 years before retiring in 1993. She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church.
She married Woodrow Adler in 1946, and after his passing she married Grover F. Williams in 1997.
Fran is survived by a daughter, Judith Petrovic (Marijan) of Colorado; three granddaughters, Tatia, Tonja, and Amy; a grandson, Adam; and seven great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, Woodrow Adler and Grover Williams; a son, Donald Adler; a daughter, Barbara “Bobbie” Ratliff; sisters, Dorothy, Maxine, Ellen, Janice, June; brothers, Keith, Robert, and Wayne; and her beloved dogs, Bo and Katie.
Funeral services will be Thursday, 2:00 p.m., at Our Savior Lutheran Church with Pastor Joshua Scheer officiating.
Interment will be in Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.
