Eunice Marie Daley, 101, passed away at Davis Hospice Center on December 20, 2015 In Cheyenne, WY. She was born to Gus and Helen Miller on December 9, 1914 in Ridgway, PA. She attended schools in Bradford, PA and came to marry Jack Daley on October 17. 1936. The couple lived in Bradford until the military took them to Denver, CO in 1943. World War II sent Jack to London and Eunice worked in the children’s department at the May Company. They moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming in 1948 and purchased Sopher’s Children’s Shop. The couple lived and worked in Cheyenne and retired from their business in 1976. After retirement Eunice traveled to many different places including Hawaii, Ireland, Engalnd, Spain, Vienna, Italy, and Mexico on several occasions. She belonged to the Quota Club and was a Charter member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. After Jack’s passing she also took trips to Branson MO, Canada, Panama Canal, Germany, and Austria. Eunice is survived by her brother Robert Miller and his wife Carol, several nieces and nephews, and many friends that she loved immensely. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jack, an infant son, Terrance Daley, and her brother Clair C. Miller. Vigil for the deceased will be held Tuesday December 29, 2015 at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel at 6pm. Funeral Liturgy will be at Holy Trinity on Wednesday December 30th at 10am with Celebrant Father Thomas Cronkleton. Burial will follow directly after the service at Olivet Cemetery.
