Emilia Villocero Richardson, 76, of Cheyenne, passed away September 22nd at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.
She was born Aug. 8, 1942 in Manila, Philippines.
Emilia was the City of Cheyenne records manager.
She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed going to the casino, bowling and watching the Rockies and Broncos.
Emilia is survived by her sons, David (Colet) Richardson and Tony (Jenny) Richardson; siblings, Jorge (Naividad) Villocero, Jr., Oscar Villocero, and Bernardo Villocero and four grandchildren, Josiah, Jericho, Nicholas, and Jillian Richardson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Byron “Butch” Richardson; parents, Jorge and Asuncion Villocero, Sr. and siblings, Mary Grace Villocero, Antonio Villocero, Cesar Villocero and Mario Villocero.
Vigil for the Deceased will be 6:00 p.m., Thursday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
Funeral Liturgy will be 10:30 a.m., Friday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with cremation to follow.
