Elizabeth E. Duncan, 94, of Cheyenne, died Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at Davis Hospice Center.
She was born February 25, 1919 in Silver Creek, Nebraska, a daughter to David and Salome I. (Buchholz) Deputy. Elizabeth worked as a hairdresser and waitress and was a homemaker. She enjoyed quilting and loved to read. She was married to Lester L. Duncan on October 20, 1959 in Cheyenne.
She is survived by two sons, David and Charles Ross; a sister, Erma Peterson; a brother, Donald Deputy; two grandsons and three great-granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two sisters, Lillie Graves and Mary Bittich; and four brothers, David, Charles, Harvey and Raymond Deputy.
Graveside Services will be held on Monday, July 28, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Rugged Cross Chapel at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.
Memorial Contributions may be made in Elizabeth’s name to either the Humane Society or Davis Hospice Center.
