Elden R. Hause, 80, of Hillsdale, Wyoming, died Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at his home.
He was born November 27, 1934 in Kersey, Colorado, a son of Allen C. and Lela M. (Coats) Hause. Elden attended schools in Colorado and graduated from high school there.
He was married to Carolyn M. Pomeroy on June 26, 1955 in Greeley, Colorado, shortly after they married, they moved to Wyoming where they lived in various locations before settling in Hillsdale in the early 1970’s. They built their own house and farmed and ranched. Mr. Hause also drove truck while in Hillsdale.
He liked the outdoors, loved camping, hunting and fishing.
Survivors include his wife Carolyn M. Hause of Hillsdale; daughter, Vicki Hause of Cheyenne; foster son, Dwane Flagg of Chicago, Illinois; two brothers, Wilbur Hause of Greeley, CO; Terry Hause of Forsythe, MT; and a half-sister, Elma Kraft of Brighton, CO.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Linda Yosso; a brother, William Hause; a sister, Myra Hause and a half-sister, Thelma Turner.
A Life Commemoration service will be held on Wednesday, May 20th at 2:00 p.m. at First Congregational Church in Cheyenne.
