Edward Lunsford, 92, died September 9 in Cheyenne.
He was born October 26, 1921 in Quincy, Florida.
He served in the Air Force retiring as a S/Sgt. after 21 years.
After retiring, he returned to Cheyenne to make it home. He worked at several auto dealers as an auto detailer.
He loved fishing and cooking.
Edward is survived by a daughter, Rochelle Williams; two granddaughters, Domica Williams and Elizabeth Williams (Niles Sorrell) and two great-grandchildren, Nyira Williams and Darrius Higgins, all of Cheyenne.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Lillie Bell Lunsford and his wife of 60 years, Willie Mae Lunsford.
He had many friends and touched many hearts throughout his 92 years. His loving memory will live on. He will be missed by many.
A Celebration of Life will be Sunday, Sept. 21 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the AMVETS Post #10.
