Earline Bomar Zook, born on October 19th, 1914, passed into her loving Savior’s arms on March 3rd, 2017. She was born to Clifford and Annie (Baker) Bomar on October 19, 1914 in Paris, TN.
Earline was a person of many interests and many friends. She was an artist, an expert bridge player, a loving wife and grandmother. In her late ‘70’s she completed an extensive course in interior design. She also worked as one of the iconic “Rosie the Riveters” at a B25 bomber manufacturing facility in WWll.
She lived a life that spanned the nascent air age, two major wars, the rise fall of the Soviet empire, the advent of rock and roll, man’s landing on the moon and many other notable events and upheavals.
Earline loved fashion and always dressed to the nines whenever she was to appear in public. The folks at Christopher and Banks were always happy to see her.
Especially important to her were her many grand- and great-grandchildren. She loved to hold, hug, and play silly games with them.
Earline is survived by her two sons and their families. Jerry, the oldest, is married to Veronica. They have two children. Steven is married to Aleisha, and they have three children, Dylan, Summer, and Elijah. Jennifer Ammerman is married to Scott, and they have three children, Alexi, Bailey, and Cadie. Alexi has one daughter, Lillian.
Dennis, the younger son, is married to Julie. Bryden Wilson, their daughter, is married to Russell. They have two daughters, Amata Kate and Abigail. Their son Andrew is married to Jennifer. They have three children, Gage, Madison, and Daxton.
Services will be at 2 pm Thursday, March 9th at the Cheyenne Berean Church. Burial will follow at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens and online tributes can be sent to
