Earl Ray Willard, 80, of Cheyenne, passed at Davis Hospice on July 18, 2024
He was born on November 8, 1943, in Cheyenne, Wyoming to Hubert Willard of Arkansas and Wanita Kinnison of Missouri.
Earl worked at the airport gulf course maintaining the greens then later worked for BOPU in Cheyenne before moving to Florida. He worked for the BOPU there in Cape Coral and Ft. Myers until his retirement.
My dad enjoyed working in the yard, planting flowers and tinkering with most anything from small to big engines. He was a hardworking, loving, giving person. He enjoyed retirement.
Earl is survived by his brother, Clayton Willard of North Carolina and Ed Willard of Colorado; daughters, Melissa Hollingshead (Ray) of Cheyenne, Trudy Kalthof of Florida; sons, Eddie McDonald of Cheyenne, Eric King of Nebraska; and 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren
Earl was preceded in death by his wife, Andrea Bowler Willard; son, Ryan Willard; and his parents.
The viewing will be Saturday, July 20, 2024, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Graveside service will be held Monday, July 22, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens at the Rugged Cross Chapel.
